Custom Design Set
$403–4 hours
Hand-painted art built around a reference, a color, or an idea you bring in. Chrome, french, freehand, or something we sketch together.
Best for: Clients who want nails nobody else has.
Fill / Refresh
$2590 min
Maintenance on an existing set from the studio — reshape, rebalance, and re-finish.
Best for: Returning clients on a 2–3 week rhythm.
Please note: french tips and extra designs are $5–$10 more on any service, depending on detail.

About Bella
Meet B — the artist behind the details.
Bella has been doing nails for two years and runs Nails By B out of her home studio in the Boone/Ames area. She started posting client work on Instagram, and most of her appointments still come from people who saw a set there and wanted their own version of it.
She works slowly and deliberately — the kind of nail care where the cuticle work matters as much as the color. Her favorite appointments are the ones where someone shows up with a screenshot and leaves with something better than the screenshot.

Where is the studio?+
It's a private home studio in the Boone area, serving Boone and Ames. The exact address is sent in your booking confirmation — appointments are by appointment only, so there's no walk-in traffic.
Why is there a deposit?+
Once online booking launches, a $15 deposit reserves your time and is applied to your final service total. For now, Bella holds your slot after confirming by Instagram — no deposit is charged until booking goes live.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?+
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves with you. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice make the deposit nonrefundable.
What happens if I'm running late?+
There's a 15-minute grace period. After that the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the rest of the day stays on time.
Do men book here?+
Yes. A lot of appointments are shaping, cuticle cleanup, and a clear or matte finish — clean hands, nothing flashy. Color and art are there if you want them, never assumed.
Can I bring inspiration photos?+
Please do. Screenshots, a color, a piece of clothing, a Pinterest board — anything visual helps. Send it ahead of time for detailed sets so the right supplies are ready.
How long do the nails last?+
Most clients come back every two to three weeks depending on their nails and how hard they are on their hands. Aftercare notes are included at the end of your appointment.
What forms of payment do you take?+
Online booking with a $15 deposit is coming soon. For now, Bella confirms your time by Instagram and you pay the full balance at the appointment — card, tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, or cash all work.
